Our Smoked Cheddar Cheese is made from grass fed Guernsey raw milk and aged at least 60 days. This rich golden color of the cheese is natural. Guernsey milk naturally contains more Beta Carotene and is certified A2A2. Similar to the Applewood smoked cheese in that the cheese itself is cheddar, but the difference is that this smoked cheese prior to cutting is wiped down with a smoked brine.
