Chesapeake Cheese (A2A2)

Our Chesapeake Cheese is made from our grass fed Guernsey raw milk and aged at least 60 days. This is a colby based cheese, to allow the subtle seafood flavors to shine. This rich golden color of the cheese is natural. Guernsey milk naturally contains more Beta Carotene, and is certified A2A2.
