This Buffalo Wing Cheese is a grass fed Guernsey raw milk cheese aged at least 60 days. This rich golden color of the cheese is natural. Guernsey milk naturally contains more Beta Carotene, and is certified A2A2. Like our Pepper Jack, this cheese has a little heat/kick with it, but not hot.
