This is for One 6oz unit. Pastured raised, grass fed and finished beef from Dogwood Lane Dairy. We also do not use growth hormones, or antibiotics with our beef. Each steak is boneless, and weights is approximate. Similar to Porerhouse and T-bone, the strip is cut from the lion.
