These cheeses are from our grass-fed Guernsey raw milk which has been aged for at least 60 days. This rich golden color of the cheese is natural. Guernsey milk naturally contains more Beta Carotene and is certified A2A2. This bundle is similar to a CSA cheese subscription without the Subscription. Each block is 7.8 to 8 oz.
