These cheeses are from grass-fed Guernsey (Dogwood Lane Dairy Guernseys) raw milk cheese aged at least 60 days. This rich golden color of the cheese is natural. Guernsey milk naturally contains more Beta Carotene and is certified A2A2. This bundle is similar to a CSA cheese subscription without the Subscription.
